GoPro Battery Compatibility: All Models (11 Batteries) 2 Charts
Reading Time: 4 minutes Over the years, GoPro has made many camera models and many different-sized batteries. In this GoPro battery compatibility guide, you’ll learn which batteries will work with each model.
GoPro makes 11 different batteries for their many cameras. And most GoPro batteries are compatible with more than one camera. The SPBL1B (ADBAT-011) is the battery you’ll need for the Hero12, Hero11, Hero10, and Hero9 cameras.
If you’re buying a new GoPro, I’ll include a GoPro battery compatibility chart to show which batteries will work with other cameras.

This chart shows which batteries are compatible with each GoPro camera model. I use the same batteries (and charger) for my Hero9, Hero10, Hero11, and Hero12 Black cameras.

The Enduro battery fits the Hero12, Hero11, Hero10, and Hero9 cameras. It’s the same size as the standard but with two key differences. It lasts long and has better cold weather performance.

Models not included in this list: Session (Hero5, Hero4) and Hero+, and Hero (2014). These have non-removable batteries. The only charging option for these cameras is via the supplied USB cable.

I am in a chat with Go Pro on my Hero3 Black looking for batteries. Per chat they do not make battery for this model.
Per you AHDBT-201, AHDBT-301, AHDBT-302 are compactable.

Are these GoPro or off brand which is ok as the two additional Vivitar batteries still work and the GoPro battery expanded itself and does not charge or work.
I just want to make sure I get the proper battery I need.
