1. Dear Sir/Madam,
   My apologies if i am troubling you, myself and 3 female friends (all of us have serious vertigo!) are doing a skydive for Alzheimer’s, as the 3 of us in one way or another have all been badly affected by this horrible disease. Would GoPro be interested in supply 4 cameras for us to do the jump, which we could auction off after the jump for the proceeds to go to the charity. We are by no means asking for top of the range cameras, anything will be greatly appreciated. In return, we will give whatever PR you would require, be it jumping in GoPro t-shirts, banners etc.
   Please please if you can help us in anyway it would be greatly appreciated, all of our fundraising can be verified, we have also have a Just Giving page.
   Please help us make a difference.

3. It’s waterproof statement. But I think so this is not waterproof gopro6 . Gopro6 is not working now time. Before 4months buy this gopro 6.gopro6 have not solution and no idea giving me. I think so gopro6 camera is wastage of money.hero gopro 6 please get out from India…

4. Hello, my name is James. I recently booked a motorcycle trip to Nepal thru Dubbliju motorcycle rentals in San Fransico, which my brother Paul and I are really looking forward to in February of next year. While researching thru the Himalayan Roadrunners adventure travel website I noticed a charity foundation they established to help rebuild schools. Although the Website information is well done, I noticed they didn’t have a link to any YouTube videos. My brother Paul and I would like to help improve the lives of people of Nepal, especially since in 2016 the region experienced a couple of devastating earthquakes which destroyed every school in the area. Here’s my idea? My brother and I don’t really need another GoPro camera but if possible could we meet with someone at GoPro to lean more about creating a three or four minute YouTube video. The Plan would be to ride to a school high in the Himalayan mountains that has just been rebuilt from the donations thru the RHF ride high foundation established by Himalayan Roadrunners Ltd and Dubbliju motorcycle rentals in San Fransico. Once at the school my brother and I would capture the celebration on GoPro cameras. In addition while on the twelve day ride we would film the people of the region. Once back in the USA we would meet with you and give you all of footage with total creative permission to create a YouTube video to be properly posted for the widest coverage. 5. Dear GoPro,

   I have been reading ALL the reviews on the new GoPro Hero7 Black. There are so many upset and discouraging reviews about the battery life, overheating, turning off and just not working. However, I have to have some faith in your product. I am going to just have to believe it will not let me down. I have never owned a GoPro, but I always wanted to purchase this camera.

   I am going on a vacation, just me and with my little brother, it will be the very first time we are going away together. We plan on doing everything from sea to space, and I want to record it ALL. However, since it took me so long to save up for the trip, which includes spending money of course, money for the GoPro Hero7 Black may just wipe me out. So I’m asking if you can provide me with that camera. My brother and I leave for vacation right after Thanksgiving, so I am really hoping you will say yes. I know people are always asking for free stuff and nothing is free, it costs someone something. Whenever you get something free, someone else paid the way.

   You may say, “Why are you asking for the GoPro Hero7 Black, It’s the most expensive model?” Why?, Because it’s the best, and I want the best chance to make the best memories. I lost a lot of family members this year, 2018. I wish I made some memories with them all, so from now on, I will no longer take time for granted in all aspects of my life. Now pertaining to this camera, it starts on this trip, and all family gatherings I’m going to be “GoProING” it to death. LOL!

   Well I hope you say yes to me. If you say no, it will hurt my feelings, but I have to deal with it just as I’ve dealt with any other disappointment.

6. I feel like I wasted my money on the product as I am having nothing but troubles with the camera. Won’t stay connected to the app on the phone. Can’t view the content after recording. among other things. No luck so far with the camera! GoPro Hero 5 black.

7. None of the UK numbers are currently working. I’m not sure whats going on in the UK but customer services won’t respond at all either. Trying to chase an accepted order for next day delivery last week but GoPro refuses to communicate in any way. Not a great experience and I’m already regretting my choice.

8. I booked gopro hero 8 from official website of gopro,and on second day the deal got cancelled by itself no reason by gopro.
   So how can I get money refunded?

   once i have a good opinion on you product that is the reason i purchased a hero 7 black from your brand and within 6 months i found defect in it and i contacted your customer support team and also the have informed that they will replace the product 3months before they took my product and still now i dint get my replacement , i dint except this kind of service from a branded company , lot of call request and lot of mail have send but no proper response , is this the way you treat customers ?? now i lost interest in using your camera refund my money and close this case as soon as possible

10. GoPro has terrible support. I tried the support url https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs , it doesn’t work. clicked “Start chat”, it said “Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later.”, clicked “request a call”, it said “Invalid Captcha. Please retry.”, It showed “Waiting time approx. 3 mins”, but if I waited, the page never got changed. No any response! I tried the community forum. Then they asked me to use that support link. Called GoPro phone number, it just got disconnected quickly. I bought gopro 9 from the Australian site. My order number is SO-4138129, I missed that 32G SD card. I spent a few hours trying to get it to be resent. I never succeeded. Okay, this is my first GoPro and last one! I won’t waste time getting that SD card. I will just go to the OfficeWork and buy one!

11. Hello, To whom it may concern my name is Vanessa. On October 5, 2020 I make purchases Online through GoPro When I receive the package October 12, 2020 “No Camera”. There was two weeks of investigation with no positive results. That’s when I ship the item back to you the way it was received and, Paid out-of-pocket $35 shipping fee. You retain ownership of the package October 29, 2020 I’ve still have not received my full refund the estimate $500. Each time I called customer service is ongoing investigation with no end time. Are you able to resolve this issue?

13. I have tried for over two months to get a subscription cancelled. I have called several times and on one of the phone calls I was assured that would be taken care of. Needless to say, I just checked my credit card and was charged $49.99 for the subscription again. I have called and left messages to cancel and went through chat line and explained how I bought the GOPro for a gift last year and was not interested in the subscription. I can’t seem to get anyone to refund the $49.99 that was charged to my credit card. Please help me to take care of this because I was told it would be taken care of earlier and it has not.
    Appreciate any help you can assist with.
